Sugar in its purest form: Pfeifer & Langen produces crystal sugar in two purity classes – as white sugar EC category I (“refined sugar”) and white sugar EC category II (“white sugar”). We achieve the exceptional purity of our refined sugar using an additional crystallisation step.

We supply producers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and fermentation industries with crystal sugar in both quality classes, and in special grain sizes as required for different applications.
