Sugar in its purest form: Pfeifer & Langen produces crystal sugar in two purity classes – as white sugar EC category I (“refined sugar”) and white sugar EC category II (“white sugar”). We achieve the exceptional purity of our refined sugar using an additional crystallisation step.
We supply producers with crystal sugar in both quality classes – suitable for a wide variety of applications. For manufacturing organic products, we also provide organic granulated sugar that complies with the EC regulation on organic food production.
