The Pfeifer & Langen Code of Conduct describes our most important principles of behaviour as well as our expectations concerning the ethics and actions of our business partners. At the same time, it explains where we stand on integrity, transparency, product quality and safety, anti-corruption, fair competition, and other essential principles.

Would you like to report a possible irregularity?
In addition to the contact listed above, if you are concerned about whether laws or regulations have been observed, you can also use our web-based complaints reporting system (BKMS® System). As a traditional family business and one of the leading European sugar manufacturer, we care deeply about the trust the public, our customers, and our employees put in us. It is the basis for our daily actions, and we are aware of our responsibility as a food-producing company. Therefore, a comprehensive compliance program was initiated for the entire Pfeifer & Langen Group. In the process, a code of conduct was set out and firmly established within the company. The conduct of each individual employee is governed by the law and regulations as well as by ethical principles stipulated by Pfeifer & Langen itself, such as transparency and responsibility – values that shape our interactions.
We are committed to the principles of democracy, in which diversity, tolerance and equality are core values. As a European company that actively supports and promotes international cooperation, we firmly oppose racism, hatred, and violence.
