Nib sugar for the
food industry

On top or in the middle: Nib sugar adds an extra crunch to bakery products and confectionery. Thanks to our special compacting process, our nib sugar is even crunchier, more stable against ambient conditions, and has a whiter, brighter appearance. A traditional favourite in Scandinavia, nib sugar has since become a baking staple in many other countries, as well.

Our nib sugar is ideal for decorating bakery goods such as sweet pastries, fruit tarts, and pies. Or as an ingredient to give that extra crunch – as traditionally found in Belgian waffles, for instance. With four different grain sizes, our nib sugar range offers producers maximum flexibility for their recipes.
