For a delicate touch: Our brown sugar and special brown sugar are made from the crystallisation syrups used in candy sugar production and are available in different grain sizes, from fine-grained to powdered. Besides their beautiful brown colour, they add an appealing caramel note. Food industry producers also use them to achieve an attractive brown crust and crumb structure for bakery goods.
We offer food producers brown sugar in both light-brown and medium-brown types that vary in both taste and colour. Both varieties are finely crystalline and easily soluble. Our light-brown sugar is characterised by an aromatically sweet to subtly caramel flavour, while our medium-brown sugar has a more caramel-malt note.

Our special brown sugar is even finer grained and more intensely flavoured than our brown sugar and has a distinctly malty note. We offer food industry manufacturers two different types, each with its own flavour profile and colour – a factor that makes our special brown sugar so exceptional. Their powdery fineness means that both types are particularly soluble and thus very easy to process.
