It’s now really easy to make your own soft, creamy ice cream at home with Diamant Eis-Zauber – no ice cream machine required!

Simply whisk together 350 ml milk and Diamant Eis-Zauber for 3 minutes, then add the ingredients for your chosen variety, freeze and – done! Best of all: it tastes wonderfully creamy and is made in moments!
There are no limits to the ice cream flavours you can create when you use Diamant Eis-Zauber. Cocoa, syrup, nuts, chocolate chips or even liqueur: you decide what flavour ice cream you would like! There are so many ingredients you can choose for your new favourite ice cream – just to suit your personal taste and preferences! As well as being ideal for the ever-popular ice cream varieties such as chocolate or chocolate chip, you can also use Diamant Eis-Zauber to create more unusual varieties that are not available in the shops. Creamy ice cream with caramel sauce and your favourite cookies is just as irresistible as delicious choc-peanut or elegant mint ice cream. One 200-gram packet of Diamant Eis-Zauber combined with 350 ml of milk will produce approx. 1 litre of ice cream.

Diamant Eis-Zauber contains glucose syrup, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, hydrogenated vegetable oil, emulsifiers (acetic acid ester of mono-diglycerides of fatty acids), natural vanilla flavouring, milk proteins, thickening agents (carrageen, guar gum) and colour carotene (colour).

Diamant Frucht-Eis Zauber

It’s now really easy to make your own soft, creamy fruit ice cream at home with Diamant Frucht-Eis Zauber!

Simply blend together 500 grams of fruit and 250 grams of Diamant Frucht-Eis Zauber for 3 minutes, freeze – and your favourite fruit ice cream is ready for you to enjoy! Whether strawberry and banana, cherry and almond or raspberry and nectarine, there are no limits to your creativity! With Diamant Frucht-Eis Zauber you can produce fruit ice cream combinations that are not available in the shops. With a fruit content of approx. 66%, the ice cream is wonderfully fruity and yet delightfully creamy. There is no need to add milk or cream, which means that this fruit ice cream is also suitable for people who are lactose-intolerant. One 250-gram packet of Diamant Frucht-Eis Zauber combined with 500 grams of fruit will produce approx. 900 ml of ice cream.

Diamant Frucht-Eis Zauber contains sugar, dextrose, hydrolysed vegetable protein, pectin (thickening agent) and citric acid (acidifier). It contains no preservatives, artificial colourings or flavourings.
